Google Docs Mobile

Another name of innovation is Google Apps. The previous statement was witnessed again when Google Docs grabbed the spot light by adding in easy video sharing and a set of mobile UI tweaks.

Inserting Google Docs videos anywhere on web has become so easy. Just stick them straight into Google Site using the insert menu. If you prefer you can copy an HTML snippet on the video page and put it online. A layer of custom setting can be done by accessing permission to selected people to view the video. Google Docs has provided us the break to add captions to our video now.
Exciting changes are coming in the form of Google Docs on our mobile. Alluring new looks for the site with easy to follow pictures guide, makes things a lot easier to navigate on the phone or tablet.
For trouble-free sharing, a dedicated share button on the bottom left is always at your help which creates link to distribute docs publicly or post them on a site. We can always take up conventional Google contacts sharing method or emailing documents as an attachment.

To share from mobile docs list, select one or more documents, press the Share button, and select Share, Get the link to share for public or unlisted docs, or Email as attachment. Sharing a doc in mobile browser works the same way as it does on the desktop.
Gone are those days when we could only read Docs on iPhone and iPad, but unable to edit them.
Now by visiting docs.google.com in a browser on a supported device, we can select the document. While viewing it, by clicking on the Edit button we can switch to the mobile editor.
Editing is supported for 46 Google Docs languages. But language has to be set on the desktop computer (not from your mobile device) from Documents settings

Have you ever converted photos to text?
With Google Apps we can convert a snap of anything containing text and turn it into a Google document (Android app). Isn’t it cool?
